Course Description

This course is aimed at students who take their sport seriously and are prepared for a high level of exertion. The course focuses on improving students understanding of performance and how to improve your own skill levels.

In Exercise Performance, students will look at a range of topics that affect athletes for performance including topics such as Anatomy, Bio-mechanics, Psychology, Sports Nutrition, Supplements and Drugs, Training Programmes, Coaching.
