Course Description
Teacher in Charge: S. Millichamp
Content/Skills:
- Investigation into a NZ primary product or its production;
- Report on factors impacting on profitability of NZ primary products;
- Market forces affecting supply and demand of NZ primary products;
- How production process affects profitability of NZ primary products; and
- Analyse a NZ primary production issue.
Field trip: One or two as required.
This course does lead to a University Entrance approved subject.
Recommended Prior Learning
Level 2 achievement in any of the following subjects - Agricultural Science, 12 Agriculture Academy, Biology, Economics, or by consultation with Mr Millichamp.

Voluntary course contribution: towards field trip transportation, to be advised at the time.
