Course Description

Content/Skills:

  • Animals and animal handling skills or plants and horticulture skills; 
  • Farm safety;
  • Crop production; and
  • One day per week work experience in an agricultural sector of the student's choice.

There may also be the opportunity for some students to do a two-day tractor and three-day chainsaw course which is worth an extra Credits.

This course does not lead to a University Entrance approved subject.
