Course Description

Teacher in Charge: M. Pearce

This course follows on and builds upon the skills and knowledge in Year 9.  Students will follow a design process to solve problems and present ideas.  Students will learn new skills and techniques and be able to apply these when making their own designs working predominantly with Metal.


Technology - Materials

Contributions and Equipment/Stationery

$30 to cover materials used by students for the take home component. This amount will increase should a student choose to use more expensive materials.

Disclaimer

For NCEA Levels 1, 2 & 3 courses will be made up of a selection of the stated standards. This will happen at the beginning of the year with the assigned teacher.
