Course Description

Course Aims:

This course aims to develop confidence, develop rhythmic movement, and learn to work individually and collaboratively within the area of Dance.


Course Outline:

  • Introduction to the terminology of Dance such as elements - learn a dance sequence;
  • Introduction to choreographic devices - choreograph a dance sequence;
  • Learn and perform a social or ethnic dance; and
  • Learn a variety of dance combinations from a range of different dance styles or genres.
