Course Description

Teacher in Charge: M. Pearce

Content/Skills:

  • Drawing up working plans; and
  • Basic carpentry including making cabinet

This course builds upon the Year 11 Building course and the Year 12 Applied course.  Students design and make a project using BCITO Unit Standards.  

This is not a University Entrance approved course.

Students will complete a maximum of 21 credits and the course will be designed to suit the needs and interests of the individual students.

Recommended Prior Learning

10 credits in Level 2 Materials Technology or by consultation with Head of Faculty.
