Course Description

Content/Skills:
- Drama techniques and elements in extended performance opportunities;
- Theatre practitioners;
- Devising Drama; and
- Reviewing live theatre.
This course is a University Entrance approved subject.
Field Trips: Up to 3 Theatre trips during the year.
Recommended Prior Learning
Completion of NCEA Level Two or in consultation with the Head of Drama, Mrs Backhouse-Smith.
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
Voluntary course contribution - Approximately $35 per trip towards field trip transport, will be advised at the time.
Credit Information
Total Credits Available: 18 credits.
Externally Assessed Credits: 4 credits.
Internally Assessed Credits: 14 credits.
