The Level 1 Physical Education program is a 20 credit Level 1 Achievement Standard course. The program is completely internally assessed with no external standards.
Students will experience and participate in a wide range of physical activities in a variety of contexts. The program looks at concepts such as responsible attitude to their own well-being; respect, care, concern for other people and the environment; and a sense of social justice. Students will develop, learn and understand the inter-relationships that exist between the individual, others, and society.
