Course Description
Teacher in Charge: M. Evans
This is an academic mathematics course that focuses on skills required to follow the pathway to all NCEA Level 3 Mathematics courses. It covers number, algebra, trigonometry, statistics and probability. Standards are assessed both internally and externally.
This course leads to a University Entrance approved subject.
Recommended Prior Learning
Working at Level 5 of the curriculum for all Year 10 topics.
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
A graphics calculator would be an advantage.
