NCEA Level 1 Art Portfolio - Painting & Printing
Course Description

This course is designed to enhance your practical art making skills. You will be given the opportunity to embark on the creation of a portfolio, where you get to express your passion for painting and the artist models that interest you, and explore, develop and play with new techniques in printmaking. This will have a drawing, painting and printmaking focus, for all those who love to make tactile artwork and play with paint and print. The world is what you paint it to be.
This course leads to a University Entrance approved subject.

Recommended Prior Learning
Successful completion of Year 10 Art or approval from Head of Department.

You will be assessed in this course through all or a selection of the standards listed below.
